Farm Business Management Agent Transfers to Southeast District April 5

Farm Business Management Update, April 1999

On April 5, Michael T. Roberts will assume new responsibilities as a farm business management agent in Southeast district. Mike will be housed in the Southampton Extension office in Courtland, Virginia. He has worked as a farm business management agent in Northern district since August 1997. He received his MBA from Averett College prior to starting work for VCE in 1997. He also has a BS degree in Agricultural Economics from Texas A&M. He is a seasoned professional with a wide background in production agricultural, agribusiness, and extension education. He is happy to return to Southeast Virginia to assist farmers and agricultural professionals in supporting and continuing the excellent educational programming.
