Southwest Bull Test Station Open House Scheduled for March 12

An Open House will be held at the Southwest Virginia Bull Test Station near Wytheville on Sunday, March 12, 2000 from 1:30 to 5:00 p.m. The Southwest Virginia Bull Test Station tests bulls for the Virginia Beef Cattle Improvement Association. The annual sale will be held at the station on Saturday, March 25, 2000 at noon. Approximately 145 spring and fall-born performance tested Angus, Simmental, Gelbvieh, and Charolais bulls are scheduled to sell. Complete performance records on the bulls selling will be available at the Open House. Additionally, activities for juniors are planned.
