This program will be held on May 23 & 24 at the Holiday Inn, exit 225 off I-81 outside Staunton. May 23's program includes a panel of milk processors, and information about the Regional Dairy Management Alliance and the Dairy Practices Council. There will be discussions about on-farm milk processing, summer mastitis, and animal food safety. The program on May 24 will emphasize dairy environmental management.
