The Virginia Employment Commission and the Virginia Farm Bureau are sponsoring a seminar for agriculture's employers dealing with the employment of migrant and seasonal farm-workers.

Topics to be addressed include: Migrant Seasonal Farm-workers Protection Act, Employment of Migrant and Seasonal Farm-workers, Wage and Hour concerns, INS and I-9 issues, migrant housing, H-2A Program, and services provided to agricultural employers by the Virginia Employment Commission.
